We are currently only able to ship to addresses in the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.

All In Stock items will be despatched within 1 working day of payment clearing

You should receive your goods within 3 - 5 working days, but please allow 28 days before contacting us.  At busy times of the year such as Christmas, please order in plenty of time.  If there may be a delay in customers receiving goods which is beyond our control, we will post a note on the homepage of our website, advising of 'Order By (date) to Ensure Delivery By (date)'.

Returns Policy

If the item is damaged in any way, contact us immediately upon receipt and we will provide you with a 'Returns Reference Number'.  We will only accept returned items if we have been notified within 15 business days of the Invoice Date of the reason for the return and have issued you with a 'Returns Reference Number'.  We will confirm receipt of the item(s).  If the item can be replaced (ie not a 'clearance item' or 'end of line'), we will send you a new one.  Alternatively you may receive a credit note, or a refund (see below).  Guidance on how to return items will be sent with your 'Returns Reference Number'.

Refund Policy

After receiving your goods, if you are not entirely satisfied with them, you can ask for a refund.  Any request for a refund must be made within 15 business days of the Invoice Date and you will need to provide a reason for returning the item.  We will then issue you with a 'Returns Reference Number'.  We will confirm receipt of your item(s) and process the request for a refund.  Guidance on how to return items will be sent with your 'Returns Reference Number'.
